Curious George cake

Curious George
I had so much fun making this cake. I had never made trees before and I was a bit nervous of how I was going to make them stand, but with a little balance, they all stayed up nicely. I used pretzels for the body and make the leafs our of fondant. This cake was a white cake filled with beijinho (made with coconut and sweet condensed milk) and plum filling (made with dried plums cooked in sweet condensed milk). Delicious!!
